Smoothies

Juices and smoothies are adventurous options to enjoy your favourite fruits and vegetables, they are also the best drinks for a healthy lifestyle.

Juices are created by extracting only liquids from fruits and vegetables, such that the shaft pulp is useless. Meanwhile, smoothies are made by blending fruits and vegetables until smooth, such that the fibre remains in the drink for final consumption.

The major difference between healthy juices and smoothies lies in the production process, as smoothies have a lot of fibre, while juices have little or none.

The benefits of the beverages examined above include:

  1. Hydration and detoxification of the body.

2. Improvement in moods and energy level.
